Bognor Regis is a town and seaside resort located in the Arun District of West Sussex and has much to offer the casual tourist. One of the most popular events to be housed at Bognor Regis is the International Bognor Birdman, an annual competition held each summer, where human-powered flying machines compete in various events.
Another annual event increasing in popularity is Bognor Rox, held on the Bognor Promenade, where two stages are set up for musicians to perform on. If it’s art and culture that you enjoy then you will be pleased to know Bognor Regis is home to the Alexandra Theatre, a 352-seat auditorium that shows a variety of entertainment from live comedy to plays.
There are also plenty of opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors on one of the beaches of Bognor Regis, where you can indulge in some sunbathing or just enjoy the fun and games along the promenade and shore. There are many places to stay during your visit, including the Butlins holiday park.
