Located within the South Bucks district of Buckinghamshire, England, is the quaint picturesque village of Denham.
North-West of Uxbridge, Denham is in an excellent location just north of junction 1 on the M40, giving brilliant transport links to the surrounding attractions. Within the town you can marvel at the parish church, dedicated to St. Mary. The church has a flint and stone Norman tower and Tudor monuments.
The Village Road is an attractive walk, surrounded by trees and several old red brick houses, which has been used in a number of British films, particularly due to the fact that Denham Film Studios were located just by the village. You can explore the history of the film studios at various locations around the village. The nearby town of Uxbridge can be easily accessed by either road or public transport, where you can partake in a spot of retail therapy, with many high street brands on offer.
