The Red Lion Hotel

Walking through this former coaching inn, you can almost imagine the number of people who have lodged here during its six centuries of history.

The Red Lion Hotel is a veritable monument in Henley-on-Thames and perhaps does need some restoration work. But with some beautiful rooms overlooking the Thames and unrivalled character, you can't fail to be impressed.
