Scheduled flights out of Norwich airport fly to Aberdeen
twice a day Monday to Friday (once a day on weekends) from where passengers can catch ongoing flights to Oslo and Stornoway. Flights to Edinburgh, Jersey
, Manchester and Exeter leave each day where KLM offer ongoing flights to a number of international destinations.
Chartered flights include those to Bulgaria, Crete, Guernsey, Ibiza, Majorca, Malta, Menorca, Turkey, Austria, Italy, Croatia and Portugal.
Norwich International airport is only a short bus ride from the city centre and is easily accessed by train. There is a taxi rank at the front of the airport. Passengers can be dropped off with a free waiting time of 5 minutes in the short stay car parks. Long term parking is also available – all car parks are run by NCP and are situated within walking distance of the terminal building; a discount of 15% is available to customers who book in advance.
For car hire, Avis, Hertz and Europcar have desks on the main concourse – all have differing opening times which can be checked by visiting their websites.
Both hot and cold food and drinks
are served in the two cafe bars Cafe Oasis and The Yard of Ale. Shops include Skylines and the resident duty free shop.
A Foreign Exchange office not only exchanges a wide variety of currencies but can offer competitive deals on travel insurance, travellers cheques, mobile top ups and international phone cards.
Wireless internet access is available throughout the airport as well as dedicated desks within the departures lounge.
For passengers with special needs assistance points are situated at various points around the airport and wheelchair hire is free. Assistance dogs who comply with the Pet Travel Scheme are welcome in the airport.
All passengers must pay a £5 Airport development fee.
